Welcome to Journy.tv (“Journy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) 

govern your access to and use of our websites, apps, video players, and streaming services 

(collectively, the “Journy Services”). By visiting or using any of the Journy Services, you agree 

to these Terms.​

If you do not agree, please stop using the Journy Services. 

Journy.tv is a free, ad-supported streaming service that provides on-demand access to 

television shows, documentaries, and travel-related video content (the “Content”). Our 

distribution includes CTV platforms, mobile apps, and the Journy.tv website, including the 

watch.journy.tv portal for streaming videos.​

We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or submit personal information to 

access the Content. 

You may:​

- Stream Content for personal, non-commercial use only.​

- Access the Journy Services anywhere we make them available.​

You may NOT:​

- Download, copy, reproduce, rebroadcast, or redistribute Content.​

- Circumvent geographic restrictions, DRM, or ad delivery.​

- Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to collect data or access Content.​

- Remove, modify, or interfere with advertising served via the Journy Services.​

- Use Journy Services for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. 

The Journy Services are intended for users 13 years or older. If you are under 13, you may 

not use the Services. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use them under the 

supervision of a parent or legal guardian. 

Journy.tv is a free service supported by advertising. By using the Journy Services, you 

consent to the display of ads within the Content and site experience.​

 We may also provide links to third-party websites or promotions. We are not responsible for 

third-party content, products, or services. Any interaction you have with third parties is at 

your own risk. 

All Content, branding, logos, graphics, and technology provided through the Journy Services 

are owned by Journy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other 

applicable laws.​

​You may not:​

- Use Journy trademarks, logos, or Content for commercial purposes without written 

permission.​

- Modify or create derivative works based on Journy’s Content. 

Your use of the Journy Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we 

collect, use, and protect your information. 

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Journy Services at any time without 

notice.​

We may also update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Journy Services 

after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

8. Disclaimers 

The Journy Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, 

either express or implied. We do not guarantee:​

- That the Journy Services will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.​

- That Content will be free from viruses or other harmful components.​

- That third-party advertising, promotions, or external links are accurate or reliable.​

You use the Journy Services at your own risk. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:​

- Journy and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, including lost profits, data loss, 

service interruptions, or other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.​

- Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Journy Services is to stop using them. 

By using the Journy Services, you agree to resolve disputes individually and through binding 

arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You waive participation in 

class actions.​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal claims not subject 

to arbitration must be brought exclusively in the courts of New York City.
